YN-08-RY-2S Potato Harvesting Machine – Trailer Loading

This machine operates in a double-row configuration, harvesting mature potatoes and transferring them directly into the trailer moving alongside. The shaft-driven system enables sequential operation: the first conveyor belt works via shaft drive, while the second belt, clod crusher, and trailer loading conveyor operate through the hydraulic system, completing the working cycle efficiently. Thanks to the special control system, the tractor operator can fully control the machine’s forward movement. The machine can be steered left or right via wheel control, allowing easier and faster maneuvering and turning. It also features adjustable digging depth via the control panel, enabling adaptation to different soil and field conditions. Switching the machine between field mode and road transport mode takes only 20 seconds. All components are locally manufactured, ensuring easy availability of spare parts and quick resolution of potential breakdowns. Equipped with onboard lighting, the machine can operate day and night, enabling 24-hour harvesting operations.
